Our Experience



Michael Smithee provides an expert response to your international education concerns.  He will collaborate with you to provide customized consulting to aid your institution or organization in building capacity for internationalization.  Outcomes can include reports, seminars, workshops, events, activities,  publications, and other recommendations as needed.  The review, analysis, and recommendations for change will include all organization or campus populations:  administrative, faculty, staff, and students. 


Jeannette Smithee provides expert consulting for library organizations and non-profits. She uses a collaborative approach develop customized plans and strategies for innovation and change, organizational effectiveness, project and grant management, and leadership development. She has over 40 years of executive experience in libraries and library systems in New York State and in Florida.
