F-1 Regulations, Second Step. Professional Development Workshop sponsored through NAFSA: Association of International Educators, held at the Annual Conference of NAFSA, Region X, Atlantic City, NJ, presenter and table moderator, 2005.


Diversity Awareness Workshop. Conducted workshops at Syracuse University in the 2004-05 academic year.
Cross Cultural Issues in the Residence Halls. Workshop for student staff of the Office of Residential Life, July 2004 and July 2003.


Understanding and Implementing SEVIS Immigration Processes in PeopleSoft. Conducted for Syracuse University Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions Processing Division, December 2003.


Foundations of International Education: International Student Advising. Professional Development Workshop sponsored through NAFSA: Association of International Educators, held at the Annual Conference of NAFSA, Philadelphia, PA. Chair and presenter. 2001.


Communication Skills for Effectively Assisting Multicultural Patrons. A Feinstone Grant Workshop for Syracuse University Libraries. Designed and presented. March 29, 2000.


Pre-Departure Cross-Cultural Workshop for Syracuse University Students Preparing to Study Abroad. Co-sponsored by the Syracuse University Division of International Programs Abroad and the Center for International Services. Co-chair and presenter. Each semester from Fall 1996 - Fall 1998.


Re-Entry Cross-Cultural Workshop for Syracuse University Students Returning from Abroad. Sponsored by the Syracuse University Division of International Programs Abroad and the Center for International Services, Co-chair and presenter. Spring and Fall 1999, and Fall 2000.


Syracuse University Improving Quality. As a qualified trainer for University-wide workshops on quality improvement, conducted sessions for Division of Student Affairs, 1994-1996.


Facilitating Cross-Cultural Workshops: An Interactive Approach to Skills Development. Conducted at the Annual National Conference of the NAFSA: Association of International Educators, New Orleans, LA. Chair and presenter. May 1995.


Cross-Cultural Communication in the Classroom. A session for Teaching Assistants, as part of the Teaching Assistant Orientation and Training Program of the Graduate School of Syracuse University. Conducted yearly from 1989-2005.


Multiculturalism: An Alternative Approach. Conducted for the Training Institute for Biology Teachers through a grant from the National Institute of Science. Dr. Marvin Druger, Syracuse University, Director of the Institute. 1996-1999.
