Hokkaido University:  Discussions with faculty, staff, and students of Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan on the nature of internationalization.

 

Tottori University, Japan: presentation and consultation on "Daily Life and Risk Management in International Education:  Host and Visitor Concerns."

 

Medaille College at Buffalo, conducted an assessment of campus capacity for internationalization and increasing the number of international students.

 

Center for  European Union Education and Youth Programmes, Ankara, Turkey, consulted on issues of intercultural communication.

 

Syracuse University, Slutzker Center for International Services, conducted office self-assessment and developed strategic planning report.      

 

University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Office of International Students and Scholars, consulted on strategic planning and conducted staff development workshop.


Tottori University, Japan: presentation for International Education conference, consultation with faculty, staff, and administrators on internationalization and peer education issues. This project includes visit of Tottori faculty and staff to Syracuse University for a review of peer education practices.

ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates): consulted and wrote on intercultural aspects of medical personnel training.

Syracuse University: consulted on issues of international student orientation.
